AURYN™ is a bespoke itinerary design studio based in Ahmedabad, specialising in curated international trips for Indian travellers. Every commission is designed from first principles — no templates, no group configurations, no properties below five-star independent standard.
Every commission begins with a private conversation. We document preferences, non-negotiables, travel history, and aspirations before a single supplier is contacted. Your brief is proprietary — never shared, never recycled.
We design the journey structure: pacing, property sequence, activity philosophy, dining hierarchy, and contingency protocols. A journey is a composition, not a checklist. Every hour has intention.
We work exclusively with vetted on-ground partners who understand that the client experience is the only metric. Every transfer, reservation, and access point is confirmed — not assumed — before departure.
A journey does not end at the airport. We conduct a post-travel debrief, document preferences for future commissions, and maintain your AURYN™ file across every engagement. Your file grows. Our knowledge of you deepens.

No property below a verified five-star independent rating or equivalent private villa standard. We do not work with hotel chains whose consistency is guaranteed by brand rather than quality.
All ground and air transfers are private and pre-confirmed. Shared vehicles, public departure queues, and unconfirmed itinerary slots are not part of an AURYN™ journey.
Every commission inquiry receives a substantive response within 72 hours — not an auto-acknowledgement. If we cannot fulfil the brief at the required standard, we say so immediately.
AURYN™ does not operate group departures. Every journey is designed exclusively for the commissioned party. Your itinerary is never shared, resold, or re-used.
Dietary preferences, religious observances, and cultural protocols are documented at intake and communicated to every supplier in the chain — without exception.
Your preferences, past journeys, and personal notes are maintained in a private client file, updated after every engagement, and never disclosed to any third party.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing journeybyauryn.com or submitting a commission brief to AURYN™, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Nature of Service
AURYN™ is an Ultra Luxury Travel Atelier providing bespoke journey design, curation, and management services. AURYN™ acts as a travel designer and agent. We do not operate airlines, hotels, vessels, or ground transport. All third-party services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.
Planning Fees
A non-refundable planning fee (₹25,000–₹1,00,000 as agreed) is charged upon commencement of journey design. This fee covers the design work itself and is not a deposit against travel costs. Journey costs are invoiced separately and governed by a separate client agreement.
Minimum Booking Value
AURYN™ enforces a minimum journey value of ₹5,00,000 (Indian Rupees Five Lakhs) exclusive of planning fees. Enquiries below this threshold will not be progressed.
Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies are detailed in your individual client agreement. Planning fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Third-party cancellation policies apply as per supplier terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on journeybyauryn.com — including copy, design, layout, and journey proposals — is the intellectual property of AURYN™. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
AURYN™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the planning fee paid for the relevant commission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

Privacy Policy
I.Information We Collect
When you submit a commission brief, we collect your name, email address, phone number, travel preferences, dietary requirements, and budgetary indication. We do not collect payment information through this website.
II.How We Use Your Information
Information you provide is used solely to design and deliver your journey — to respond to your enquiry, create your personalised journey proposal, maintain your client file, and communicate about your journey.
III.Client File
AURYN™ maintains a private client file for each commissioned traveller. This file records preferences, past journeys, and personal notes to improve future commissions. You may request access to, amendment of, or deletion of your file at any time.
IV.Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. We share only the information necessary to fulfil your journey with vetted suppliers who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.
V.Data Security
Your information is stored securely and accessible only to AURYN™ personnel directly involved in your commission. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
VI.Cookies
journeybyauryn.com does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics that identify individual users. The website functions without requiring cookie consent as no personal data is collected through cookies.
VII.Your Rights

VIII.Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011, as applicable in India.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
I.Scope of This Policy
This policy governs all financial arrangements between the client and Journey by Auryn (trading as AURYN™, “the Atelier”), including planning fees, journey deposits, final balance payments, and third-party supplier charges. By submitting a commission brief or paying any fee to the Atelier, you accept these terms in full.
II.Planning Fee — Non-Refundable
The planning fee (₹25,000–₹1,00,000 as agreed per commission) is charged at the commencement of journey design. This fee compensates the Atelier for research, architecture, and proposal work performed on your behalf. The planning fee is non-refundable under all circumstances — including client change of mind, visa refusal, medical circumstances, force majeure events, or dissatisfaction with the proposal. The fee is earned upon commencement of design, not upon acceptance of the proposal.
III.Journey Deposit — Cancellation Schedule
Upon acceptance of your journey proposal, a deposit (typically 25–40% of total journey value) is required to commence supplier bookings. The following cancellation schedule applies:
More than 90 days before departure — deposit retained; credit note issued for full deposit value, valid 18 months against a future commission.
60–90 days before departure — 50% of deposit forfeited; remaining 50% issued as a credit note valid 12 months.
30–59 days before departure — 100% of deposit forfeited. No credit note issued.
Fewer than 30 days before departure — 100% of deposit forfeited. No credit note issued.
Credit notes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
IV.Final Balance Payment
Final balance payments are due as specified in your Client Service Agreement, typically 45–60 days before departure. Once paid, cancellation is governed by the schedule in Section III above, calculated from the date of written cancellation notice received by the Atelier. Supplier-specific cancellation penalties will be deducted from any refundable portion before processing.
V.Third-Party Supplier Policies
Journey by Auryn acts as a travel designer and agent. The Atelier is not the principal for airline tickets, hotel reservations, yacht charters, expedition vessels, or ground transport. Third-party suppliers maintain their own independent cancellation policies which apply in addition to this policy. Airlines operating premium cabin bookings frequently issue non-refundable tickets; applicable fare rules will be communicated to you in writing prior to ticketing. Any refund recovered from a third-party supplier will be passed to you net of any processing charges incurred by the Atelier.
VI.Modifications to Confirmed Journeys
Requests to modify a confirmed journey after supplier bookings have been made will be treated as a partial cancellation, subject to applicable supplier change fees. A modification fee of ₹10,000–₹25,000 depending on complexity will be charged by the Atelier for re-design and re-booking work involved.
VII.Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond either party’s control — including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic declarations, government travel advisories, or acts of God — the Atelier will make all commercially reasonable efforts to recover funds from suppliers and pass recovered amounts to you net of direct costs incurred. Force majeure does not render the planning fee refundable. Journey by Auryn strongly recommends that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
VIII.Travel Insurance Requirement
Journey by Auryn requires all clients to hold valid comprehensive travel insurance before final payment is processed. Recommended minimum cover: trip cancellation to full journey value, medical evacuation (₹50,00,000 or USD 100,000 equivalent), personal liability, and baggage. The Atelier does not sell, recommend, or receive commission from any insurance product.
IX.Refund Processing
Where a refund is due under this policy, it will be processed within 15 working days of the Atelier’s receipt of confirmed supplier refunds. All refunds will be made in INR to the original payment method. The Atelier will not process refunds to third-party accounts unless expressly agreed in writing.
X.Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be referred to the Atelier in writing at hello@journeybyauryn.com. The Atelier will respond within 7 working days. Unresolved matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

Hostinger server cookie — set by Hostinger’s infrastructure for load balancing. Contains no personal data. Cannot be disabled without affecting site loading.
Cloudflare security cookies — set by Cloudflare, which provides security and performance services for this site. These are strictly necessary and contain no personally identifiable information. Governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
IV.Analytics — Future Use Disclosure
Journey by Auryn may activate Google Analytics on this website in the future to understand aggregate visitor behaviour. If activated, this policy will be updated before deployment to disclose the specific cookies set, their retention period, and any opt-out mechanism provided. We will not activate analytics without updating this policy first.
V.Cookies We Do Not Use
The following are explicitly not in use on journeybyauryn.com: advertising or retargeting cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag); social media embedded widgets that set cookies; personalisation or profiling cookies; cross-site tracking of any kind.
VI.Cookie Consent
Because the only cookies currently deployed are strictly necessary or session-only with no personal data, a cookie consent banner is not legally required and is not displayed. This is a deliberate legal choice. If analytics or advertising cookies are activated in the future, a consent mechanism will be added before those technologies are deployed.
VII.Managing Cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. In Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies. In Safari: Settings → Safari → Privacy.
